Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nuvra (nuvra.dev and app.nuvra.dev). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Nuvra generates landing pages and related assets from your written briefs using AI models, and lets you preview, iterate on, export, and publish the result. The service is provided on an "as is" basis and evolves quickly; features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to activate your plan credits. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see Acceptable use).

Credits, plans, and billing

• Usage is measured in credits; each AI generation consumes credits based on the work performed.
• Plan credits renew monthly and do not roll over on the Free plan. One-time top-up packs never expire and are consumed after plan credits.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Credits already consumed by completed generations are non-refundable. If something clearly went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your content and ownership

You retain all rights to the briefs you write and to the pages Nuvra generates for you, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Exported HTML/CSS is standard, portable code — you can host it anywhere with no ongoing obligation to us. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, process, and display your content in order to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nuvra to:

• generate or publish content that is illegal, deceptive (including phishing or impersonation), or infringes others' rights;
• attempt to break, overload, or probe the service or other users' workspaces;
• resell or automate access to the service in ways that circumvent credit metering.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI output

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing pages before you publish them — including claims, licensing of any assets you add, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvra is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Nuvra and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll update the date above and notify active users; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
