Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy explains what data Nuvra ("we", "us") collects when you use nuvra.dev and the Nuvra app at app.nuvra.dev, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the service, we don't sell your data, and the pages you build are yours.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, name (optional), and password (stored as a salted hash; we never see the plain text). If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your email and basic profile from that provider.
- Content you create — the briefs/prompts you write, the pages Nuvra generates for you, and files you upload to your workspace.
- Usage and billing data — credit grants and usage per generation, plan status, and payment events. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we never store card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, and basic logs needed to keep the service secure (e.g. sign-in attempts, rate limiting).
How your content is processed
When you generate or edit a page, your brief and relevant workspace content are sent to Anthropic's Claude models to produce the result. Anthropic processes this data as a service provider under their commercial terms; we do not use your content to train models. Generated pages are stored in your workspace so you can iterate, export, and publish them.
Service providers
- Anthropic — AI generation (your prompts and page content).
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, and invoices.
- Vercel — hosting for this website and published pages.
- Email delivery — transactional email (verification, password reset).
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference key for your theme. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on nuvra.dev.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time, and you can request full account deletion by emailing support@nuvra.dev — we remove your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. invoices).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@nuvra.dev.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app notice.
